Elm Bank is a retirement facility that is managed by award winning, Northampton based provider, Avery Healthcare. Avery have built several new retirement developments across the UK in the last 12 months and manage a network of 30 across the UK. This development is situated on the Northampton Road, in a quiet residential area on the outskirst of Kettering. There is private parking available at Elm Bank and a flexibility and standard of living that will suite any person or couple who value the security of our complex, the support that is available 24 hours a day, as well as its opulent luxury, and quality of life.

The home incorporates a grade 2 listed victorian manor house and beautifully landscaped grounds and courtyard. There is hotel standard support services available 24 hours plus restaurant standard food prepared three times daily by our own in-house chef. Rooms are individually decorated to a very high standard, are spacious and include en-suite showers and a flat screen television. Housekeeping services can be called from the room and there is also a video intercom to ensure our guests peace of mind.

Recreational activities are organised throughout the day and guests are able to come and go as they please. Dine in the shared dinning room or take dinner in the privacay of your own suite. Guests are free to visit your whenever you wish and the lounge is there to be enjoyed by all. In the summer months our terrace, that overlooks a courtyard garden, is an ideal place to enjoy the company of other guests and an aperitif before diner.
